Refund policy

Please visit the returns page to begin processing your request. Returns, replacements, and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. After that window, watch tools remain covered by lifetime replacement (replacement only, not a cash refund). Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will do everything possible to ensure your happiness.
