My item doesn't fit, what do I do?

We can exchange your item for one that fits.  If we don't have a replacement that fits you are welcome to return for a full refund.  Just shoot us an email and we are happy to help work out the solution.  Your happiness is our #1 goal.

How do I leave a review?

You can leave reviews for the products you purchased by visiting the product page for that item.  We love hearing your feedback!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! You can select your preferred carrier and shipping speed during checkout.

How can I track my order?

You can look up your order by signing into your account on our website or by using the tracking information in the email you received us for your shipment confirmation.

How do I initiate a return?

Haven't received my order

Orders are sent out same or next day typically.  Your shipment time depends on location and the shipping service you selected.  When an order is processed for shipping, we send a tracking number that you can use to locate your package.  If you still have questions and it has gone past the timeline for delivery please send us an email and we will investigate further.

I broke my Spring Bar Tool. What can I do?

We offer replacement Spring Bar Tool end pieces here.  You can purchase as many replacements as you need without having to purchase a whole new tool.
