Shipping Policy:

We do our best to fulfill all orders and ship within 24 hours of purchase (orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday).

For international orders (outside of the United States), delivery can be between 10 - 25 business days. All customs charges are at the expense of the customer.  Shipping delays are out of our control.  First Class International Shipping may take up to one month.

Wrist & Style is not liable for theft or lost or damaged packages.  If you have an issue with your shipment, please contact use the tracking information provided to contact the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:

Please visit the returns page to begin a return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt and mailed within 7 days of receiving your return authorization. After that window, watch tools remain covered by lifetime replacement (replacement only, not a cash refund). Customers are responsible for return shipping. We will do everything possible to ensure your happiness.
